Where can I buy Fred & Ginger apparel?
Please visit our online shop or, alternatively, you can find a list of stockists in the UK, around the world and online in the Store Finder.

How can I make a purchase online?
Shopping with Fred & Ginger is easy! You don’t have to create an account. All you have to do is browse our shop, select the item you would like to purchase, choose your size from the drop down box and add it to your bag. Once you have added all your items to your bag, just click “checkout”. If you have any problems, please contact our Customer Service Team.

Are my credit/debit card details safe?
Fred & Ginger understands the importance of security. We use above industry standard 256-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) software that encrypts your credit card details before they are submitted to our payment provider. This prevents your information from being intercepted and read as it is transmitted over the Internet. You can tell you are using the Secure Socket Layer encryption when a padlock appears in your browser and the URL starts with https:// instead of http://.  Once your transaction is complete we do not store your credit card information, ensuring that your credit card number cannot be shared.

Can I place an order via the telephone?
Unfortunately we currently only offer an online sales service.

Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, standard delivery is FREE on all orders over £100 bought directly from the Fred & Ginger online shop.

How can I contact customer services?
Please contact us here and we will endeavor to reply within 24 hours.

What if I want to return the goods and get a refund?
At Fred & Ginger we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. That’s why, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item for a 100% refund or exchange. The garments should be returned unworn with all labels intact. Please note that we will not accept returns on lingerie that has been worn or is returned in a soiled condition.

When you send your item back to us, you can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your return. If your delivery address is within the EU, your refund will include the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you, however you will need to pay for any costs for returning the item to us.

Can I pay with a debit card?
Yes, you can use all major debit/credit cards.

Will my purchase be gift wrapped?
Yes it will, Fred & Ginger offers a complementary gift wrap service. Our trained staff will carefully wrap all your purchases in a delicate tissue paper, placing it into a beautiful gift box, securing it with our bespoke Fred & Ginger ribbon for that extra touch of luxury.

Don’t worry we won’t spoil your surprise because the gift box will be placed inside a plain cardboard box with no Fred & Ginger branding before dispatch.

Please note we do not offer our free gift wrapping service during sale periods.

Please note we are only able to offer 1 gift box per order.  If you wish your items to be wrapped separately you will need to place separate orders.

Has my order been dispatched yet?
When your order is placed you must allow 24 hours for processing before the order is dispatched, providing your item is in stock.  If, for any reason the order is delayed, we will contact you within 24 hours. Please note, the processing time may increase during sale periods. Once you order has been dispatched we will send you an e-mail to let you know. If you have not received this, please contact our Customer Service Team.

I have received an incorrect item
We are very sorry if you have received an incorrect item. Please contact our Customer Service Team and include your order number, details of the item and whether you would like a refund or a replacement.

Part of my order is missing
Although we endeavor to dispatch all your items together, there are times when things may be dispatched separately. Firstly please check your invoice to see which items you have been charged for.

I have received a faulty item
All Fred & Ginger lingerie and negligee is made with love in the United Kingdom using the finest of French Silks and Lace.  Silk is one of the most luxurious fibers in the world. The weaving and knitting of the fabric may contain minor variations and irregularities. These are characteristics of the fine silk yarn  and gives the fabric it’s beauty, luster and texture and should not be treated as a defect.

We at Fred & Ginger pride ourselves on our quality, care and attention to detail. However, if on the rare occasion this has occurred please return the goods to the address here and we will replace the garment/s for you. Alternatively contact our Customer Service Team for further assistance.

I can’t find my size online
It is important to note that Fred & Ginger currently only supply bra’s from a 32A – 36D for underwire bra’s. We understand how frustrating it is when your size is not in stock and we regret we cannot replenish our stock as soon as expected. If your size is not currently in stock please contact our Customer Service team for further assistance.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is ready for dispatch, an email will be sent to you with a unique tracking reference, which can be traced online at www.royalmail.com under track and trace. If you have any further issues concerning this please contact our Customer Service team.

I am having problems placing an order?
There are times when things go wrong with the Internet or browsers. If this happens, please close your browser and try again. If the problem still occurs contact our Customer Service team and we can place the order for you.

What shipping company do you use?
All orders are dispatched and delivered to you by Royal Mail. For any further details please visit www.royalmail.com.

When will my parcel be delivered?
Our aim is to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt and credit card authorization. If there is any issue regarding your order we will endeavor to contact you within 24 hours. All time scales exclude weekends where orders are normally dispatched on the following Monday.
